Retain filters (ex in My Work list) when navigating between screens
Consider i am seeing complete list of procedures available in the system and want to filter based on specific parameters.
After applying those filters, i want to perform action on each item one at a time on filtered list. But when i take action on first item in the list then browse back to the main page, then all the selected filters are removed and it shows complete list. And for each item i have to select the same filters again for performing task.

When you say take action on first item and browser back to the main page, Is it like it opens the item in another tab and you go the myWorklist tab again. Please correct me if I am wrong?
If my assumption is correct, check if there any refresh actions on the My Worklist tab. Because , report filter should remain until it is refreshed.

Can you try uncheck the refresh when active checkbox in the section configurations included in the Tab layout group.
