Rest Connector Wizard Create Button Disabled

Hi,

Create Button in the last screen of the Rest Connector Wizard is disabled, when i check the "Requires Password CheckBox" on Application Rule.

And Button is enabled, when i uncheck the "Requires password CheckBox" on Application Rule.

Could someone help me understand what might be the reason for that.

Some times integration wizard updates application with new integration ruleset/version. For system In order to do that Application rule should be unlocked and cant be done when it is password protected. This could be reason.
