Resolved-Failed in Build Stage of 1:1 Ops Manager
Hello,
I implemented 1:1 Ops manager based on the implementation guide. Created Ops Manager overlay & Revision Manager overlay. And all the relevant users.
After creating a change request, when the NBA Specialist is done with all the tasks of Build Stage, in the step of "Review all completed tasks in build stage" , as soon as i click on submit , i get the Resolved-Failed status. I have tried as Team lead access group to assign back to Specialist role, but the outcome is same.
Kindly let me know if any fix needs to be applied.
I did check if Revision is invalid or not, well all due dates of the revision are in future and Revision looks alright, but the CR fails and hence nothing progresses.

I do have same issue as @IpsitaS3 described above, In addition, I run into one more issue, this Issue happens with the automatic creation of Revision when a Change request is triggered from Ops Manager, did not manage to capture the full stack trace but following lines are captured

Above exception clearly points that Revision Creation is failing, to overcome this issue I have created Revision Manually from Revision Manager Operator login, this helped to progress further
Between I did configure the setting in Operations Manager portal around automatic Revision creation Operator details
Any leads to both the issues would be helpful.
