Failed Generate Artifact in Pega 1:1 Operation Manager

Hello Everyone,

So, I have configured Pega 1:1 Operation Manager in our environment. I created change request for new action and I have followed all the flows based on what is in Pega Academy but when NBA Specialist resolved (Stage build -> Step Create update action tasks) the change request, the change request is failed generate artifact.

Hi @andisuci, Are you seeing this while working on an implementation for a client?If yes then which client is this for?
