@BinhNguyenThis works for me: Go to My Pega, and select Software. Enter PGP in the search box. I got the following search result with link to download: Pega Government Platform (PGP) Customer Service Bundle

I can't just copy my link and share it, each user account only gets access to what their company is licensed for.
