Report to pull all the workbaskets and Workgroups associated for a user
Hello,
I have a requirement to generate a report with columns user name, ALL work baskets for the user, ALL work groups for the user.
Iam only able to populated TOP level work basket and work group (ie only 1 WB and WG) for the user
how to achieve this requirement
Basically my report should be like as image attached. it should display all the groups and baskets

We can join the report with Index-WorkGroups to list of workgroups associated with the Operator and join with Index-Operator to get the list of workbaskets associated with the Operator.

Thanks a lot. it worked. I have 2 questions
1) How to add all access gropus associated with the operaot in the same report?
2) In your screenshot, when you run the report, under work group name default@ov2ont and admin@uvs repeated twice and same happened in work baskets names.
When i tried i also got names twice, How to correct this?

1) To get the access group list associated with the operator, you can remove the F2 filter from the above report and add the pyAccessGroupAdditional column.
Please find the below screenshot for more details.
2) As we are joining with 2 tables, in the first join say it gets 2 records based on the condition and if we do the second join and 2 records are present, then in the main report 2x2=4 records will be shown. I think this is expected as per OOTB.
If we need unique list, then we can have 2 seperate reports for Workgroup and Workbasket, and join with respective index class in each report.

Can you please elaborate on this? If I do like this I will have 2 different reports right and if i try to join them again duplicates will appear

Yes, even if you join those 2 reports then duplicates will appear, I meant unique results as in unique results for the operator in 2 separate reports.
