Report Definition Not Showing Data In UAT
Hi,
Do anyone encounter data not showing in UAT environment but working perfectly fine in DEV environment?
I have a datetime properties to store the time to complete a step through data transformation after the step.
However, inside the UAT enviroment, the properties value can be found in clipboard but it is not showing in report definitions. And it will only be shown after SLA breached in next stage.

Please save the respective case database instance once and then create a new case and try, it should work (or) Please have a server restart initiated through MSP portal for UAT and after restart completed try once.
Any one of the above solution should help you in getting the needed results in Report.

Please follow below mentioned steps:
Open Database table instance from
Records->Sysadmin->Database Table
From data base select your class mapped data base instance and save it.
