Report definition to get the Parent and Child cases count seperately
Need Report definition to get the count of all Parent and Child cases separately .
Example :
| Case type | Count |
|---|---|
| Parent Case(X) | 100 |
| Sub case (Y) | 50 |
| Parent Case (Z) | 10 |

Hi,
There is an OOTB report definition "pxGetCount" for getting the count of all the case types. I private edited it and then added "pyLabel" column and sorted it. It shows the case count for each case type.
