RD to get child cases of a parent case ...

I have made a parent case and need to trigger an email to get a list of child cases in it . The RD I am making to extracting all the cases , My need is to get the child case of every parent case ( that flow executes) Need help with the filter condition.

There is a pxCoveredInsKeys property that will list the child cases associated with the parent work object.

Hi,

You can use join conditions with the parent cases and child cases.

Like if RD is in parent case then you can add join like

 .pzInsekey == ChildClassWO.pxCoverInsKey

Note: In every child class pxCoverInsKey property holds the parent case pzInsKey
