Repeat Grid pega default "Add Item and Delete" icons not working in "Modal" window

Selected a record and clicked on Delete, nothing happens, and nothing traced in tracer.

Solution :

change the Row Editing to "Inline" from "None" and the Eidt mode to "Click row to edit" in   Layout Properties of Grid Repeat Layout to resolve this issue
