Renaming Case Type
I renamed a Case Type. But still in Create Menu Old name is appearing. can you please suggest how to fix this.

Hi,
It's working now... I'm on Pega 7.1.9
After the two steps bellow, I changed the availability of the case to Not Available, and back to Available.
- in the case type name in Cases And Data tab of application rule
- the description of start flow (pyStartCase)

I have the same issue...
I've changed the name as suggested:
- in the case type name in Cases And Data tab of application rule
- the description of start flow (pyStartCase)
But still the Create Menu shows old names.

Which Pega release your application is on?
I checked my Pega 7.1.9 and Pega 7.2.1 systems.
On Pega 7.1.9, "Rename" menu is available for use to rename the case type. See below PDN help article.

Did you follow the above to rename the case type?
On Pega 7.2.1, this menu is no longer available.

My application is currently in production Pega 7.1.9. Suddenly, there is a requirement to rename a case type. So by only running the rename wizard it will work ??
Will it impact the existing cases of that case type in production ??
what about other environment like QA, Sit, Uat, Prod. Do we need to run wizard in every environment or need to move any specific rule type or ruleset version from the product (Rule-Admin-Product) ???
