Removing a specific action from production system interaction history etc. What is a good approach?
How do we remove one specific action / offer from all the interaction and decision tables like the Interaction History in case of an error. In our case for example our external email provider had an issue and we have to rerun a scheduled campaign.
How do we clear IH so that the nba-engine makes the right choices?
