Remove Add Work item in Actions drop down menu
I have a requirement that states the "Add Work" item be removed from the Actions drop down menu. This option appears in the Actions drop down when a user is in either a parent or child case. I have found the pyWorkActionsReview navigation section in the Work class, and have experimented with deleting various lines to see if I can get that item to NOT show up in the parent and child cases, however nothing has worked thus far.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am running Pega 7.3.0.

Thank you, CarissaW! Though this is not the route I took to solve my issue, the above article will be very useful for future work on my project.
The solution I found for this particular issue was this: I did not realize there were different Action menus for the various harness types (I'm still very new to Pega, and most of my learning has been trial and error). I ended up removing the "Add Work" node from both the pyWorkActionsPerform and pyWorkActionsReview navigations in the Work- class.

Is "Manual instantiation" checked on your case type rule? When it is checked the 'Add Work' option is displayed in the Actions menu. You could uncheck it or add a condition as to when it should display.
