Drop down for add Item in a Table Layout
Hi ,
I have a requirement where I need to show a drop down in a table layout only while trying to add new item using Add Item icon.
The table contains 3 columns (A ,B,C)for while trying to add new row, for one particular column let say column A should be provided with drop down.

Hello,
Have you looked into the UI Gallery? I'm sure you will have drop downs in there but I do not remember if they are on a table already. Anyway, that could be a starting point.

Hi Keerthi,
You can make the dropdown field edit options to auto in the presentation tab of the cell.
Make the row editing options to inline for the table layout.
With this configuration, whenever user clicks on add item the dropdown column for the new row is displayed as editable as below.
