Refresh the navigation panel from work area

This is regarding the same (no localization though) issue that was discussed in the below thread
 
Refresh Portal Harness issue
 
though i use window.local..reload(true) , only the wide panel (or work area) is getting refreshed not the navigation panel.

Hi Sriram

Is your issue with localizization ot picked or the refresh not happening. 

Kindly send us the screen shots of the issue and also the configuration so that we understand and analyze the issue faster. Also please specify the PRPC version.
