Refresh Development instance from Production

Hi,

Does anyone have a document which describes how to refresh the development instance with the latest rulesets and data from production?

Could you please elaborate on what exactly you are trying to achieve here?. What do you mean by refresh?

You can clone the DB from Production to lower environments. After clone you can truncate all the work and assignment tables so that production data will not be available in lower environments.

 I am not sure what do you meant by latest rules and data?
