Upgrade production data from 8.2.6 to 8.4.x

Hi

How can we upgrade production case data for a minor upgrade lie 8.2.6 to 8.4.1? I have packaged the RAP and deployed it using import wizard in 8.4 for the rule upgrade. Now we will create a new RAP of application from 8.4 lower environment and promote to prod.
