Recommendation for different cache clear after regular deployments
hi team,
I wanted SME's opinion on different cache clear recommendations after deployments are done and servers are being restarted.
In a one-off case what i have noticed is we had to perform LookupList clear cache due to an issue we found and investigated. Is it bug we should report with lookuplist Or we need to do this all the time.
Also, it will be helpful if you can share the best practice around deployments.

There were issues in earlier versions of Pega where clearing the cache was necessary at times, however in newer versions this should not be required. If you've found that you need to clear the cache after a deployment, feel free to submit a support request with the details.

Thanks Nick. We are in Pega 7.22 already and noticed 2-3 times since last 6-8 months that after a deployment we didnt restart and got error which we initially thought was application issue but later after clearning cache those issues were fixed.
Because the nature of deployments are like we cannot wait on an attempt to clear the cache if that solves the problem, by the time we raise SR, i'm not if will be able to troubleshoot even if issues are fixed after clearing cache.
Let me know your opinion
