Hi Team,

Am trying to create a simple RDA with some of the parameter from pega prpc application. ( Pega 7.4 & Pega RPA studio 8). Created a case and updated the run automation on flow action. But am getting the below error message while submitting the case.

• Unable to invoke robotic automation from this screen. The automation service is either unavailable or this system is not authorized to execute automations. You have the option of either quitting or continuing with your work flow.

In Robotics Studio I was able to retrieve Pega Property by relevent record.

Note:

1. Am calling Robot Activity from flow action, not Robot shape.

2. No SSL

3. Unchecked "Require TLS/SSL for REST services in this package" option from API service package.
