Hi,

I'm currently struggling with setting up a connection between Pega 7.22 and Robotics Studio 8.0.1016.0.

First of all, whenever I open Robotics Studio a Server Communication Error message occurs: 'Cannot connect to server'. It does not specify which server so this might or might not be an issue. Robotics Studio works fine after that but whenever I want to call an automation from Pega I get the following error message: Unable to invoke robotic automation from this screen. The automation service is either unavailable or this system is not authorized to execute automations. You have the option of either quitting or continuing with your work. (see attached screenshot)

The REST service is available but interestingly the reponse headers has context length 0

I'm running Pega 7.22 as personal edition on the same computer as the studio, so during the Robotics Studio installation I entered http://localhost:8080/prweb/api/v1/ as base url.

I already tried removing stale records in appdata\Roaming\Openspan and appdata\local\Openspan as mentioned in other posts.

Do you have any ideas what the problem might be?
