Issues with Exercise System 7.22

I am having issues logging into the Exercise system "Decisioning & Marketing 7.22". Whenever I attempted to log in I'd use my email and password, and I receive the message "The information you entered was not recognized". I was wondering what credentials should I be using to use this program.
