RD grid of all cases can't open case on click
Hello,
I created a report definition to show information about all cases of one case type. I referenced the RD in a grid. The final goal of this grid is to list all cases of this type, then click on the case ID to open that case. This is done in the OOTB My Work and My Cases sections of the portals, so I tried to copy what was done in either of those grids and the result was unsuccessful. I think the problem is that the RD is in my case's class, so using Open Assignment in that class is calling an invalid function. But my RD uses information about the case that is stored in the pyWorkPage of the case's class. Does anyone have advice as to how to fix this problem?

Hello Isabella,
Instead of using the open assignment action, could you use the "open selected item" under list action and see if it resolves the issue.

Hi Isabella,
As per screenshots, I am assuming you are querying the cases and trying to call action Open Assignment using pzInsKey ?
If these are list of cases, can you try UI action of OpenWork or Open Work By Handle.
Also you can try Open selected item as it will automatically use Open Work by handle using Ins Key.
