Question on Pega Constellation
We are facing an issue with Constellation
1. On click on + we are creating a case which is launching the case creation in popup. We need to hide the - and x buttons not sure how we can do that as we tried couple of approach but its not working.
2. Whenever we click outside of pop up it closes the case which we dont want. even if we click outside of popup it should remain on same popup.
We tried to find out the popup but failed to. Can someone help us on this please

@Nandhini.Mani - If the case need to open directly in main screen without pop up window. Skip first stage default and add your stages from the second stage onwards. This way we can skip the pop up creation on click of create case.

@Priyanka Boga Thanks Priyanka, For now we have disabled the icons using css.
