pzRBLeftPanelContainer section rule and its referenced rules are missing in Pega 8.5

We have recently upgraded to Pega Infinity (8.5). We have an application which was created in a version older than 6.2. The application uses the pzRBLeftPanelContainer section on the left panel for Monitor Activity tab which shows the report browser. After upgradation to 8.5 this Monitor Activity tab was blank. When we checked the pzRBLeftPanelContainer section and the rules it references are missing in the system. Are these rules are replaced with a different set of rules? Please advise.
