pzGetAssignmentActionDetails Pega Digital Experience API Throwing Error

The pega digital experience API activity pzGetAssignmentActionDetails throwing java.lang.NullPointerException and unable to provide the section details. Tested in Pega 8.1 version.
There is a support article(SA-70677) and as a resolution it is mentioned that "An enhancement request, FDBK-29130, has been created" .
It will be great if anyone can give an update on this.
