Digital Messaging error
Hello,
We have set up the Digital Messaging in PEGA v8.6 cloud. Our chat bot is working except the Chat With Agent Feature.
Whenever a chat session is in queue for chat with agent, in the interaction portal it gives up error & not able to popup the chat.
In browser console we can find multiple 500 internal server error.
Can anyone help?
