pySendEmailWithAttachments tool unable to send emails in the GenAI Agent rule

The application I am working on is built on constellation 25.1 and GenAI features are enabled.
The requirement is to enable the Pega GenAI agent to send emails.
I am trying to achieve the same via the pySendEmailWithAttachments internal tool. But it is not able to send the emails.
The agent used that is supposed to send the email
