Hi All,
This issue was occured as soon as i create a case in QA and in Dev not happening, kindly can you help how to debug this issue.

Hi Rajas,
Can you please provide the below to understand the root cause of the issue:
1. Complete exception stack trace (Pega RULES log).
2. Tracer output
3. Clipboard structure for the failure DATA-ADMIN-OPERATOR-ID instance.
You can please performing Re-Save operation once on the failed Operator data instance and see if the issue is remediated.

It may be because it was trying to save the Operator instance and the lock on that instance is not held. Could you please check if you are acquiring the lock before save.

Found reason for the issue, Access Role was empty, added below one
Data-Admin-Operator-Id , Write Instances-5 and then issue gone.
