In Purging Archiving Wizard the only(critical) configuration it seems available are 1) No Of Items to Purge, 2) Run this Process Every , 3)days starting , 4)Commit changes Every. Question 1 - How to introduce custom criteria other than above configuration in to Purging like a Boolean flag with true/false to determine if it can be purged or not. Is there any extension rule that we can customize? From wizard help we cannot find it. Question 2- We understand the Purging wizard produce zip files with the purged WO and its dependent cases, Where can we find the metadata of the zip file like what's the case id/case ids got deleted, status of the case/cases got deleted etc. We want to use the metadata to implement the archival process systematically.
