Purge and Archive Wizard shows no Work types
Hi , I am using Pega PRPC version 6.2 SP2. Currently, we are planning to create the Archival solution. As part of this, i am trying to use OOTB Purge/Archival Wizard but after selecting the Work pool in 1st form, the application is not displaying Work Types to select in the 2nd form.
I have tried to trace the OOTB activity which pega runs when submitted from screen1 but system doesn't show any error or clues on tracer.
Please suggest suitable steps if any debugging is possible here.

We are trying to use below approach:
1. Take the back up at database level (Oracle 11g) from production system.
2. Run the OOTB archival wizard to generate Archived zip files.
3. Run the initial data migration to copy the data into Archived new Schema and deletion scripts in Active schema as this will be faster.
4. Schedule the Continuous archival process Utility(Agent) to archive cases based on the criteria for the forthcoming applications.
5. For Archived Case search functionality, retrieve the data using RDB query from the Archived Schema.
Please suggest if any steps is inappropriate and needs improvement.
