Not able to archive work objects using Purge/Archive wizard

Hi,

I am trying to archive and purge the work objects using Purge/Archive wizard but its not working. I am using Pega 7.1.9 and my work pool is mapped to a different table and not pc_work.

Please suggest

Hi Arup,

Have you noticed any error in the PegaRules.log ?

It will be helpful, if you could elaborate more the issue that you are facing while archiving.
