Purge/Archive work objects transfer to external archival server

Hi,

Regarding PEGA purge and archive tool, how can we transfer the generated .zip files to the external archival server?

I see some discussion in this link:

But it just mentioned that from PEGA 8.2.1, it has functionality to automatically transfer archived zip files to the external server, but didn't specify any detail information.

Could you please help me on this?

Hi Kevin:

     Unfortunately we are not running PEGA in the cloud. So that means we have to transfer the zip files manually to external server?

Yes, unless you develop some custom solution (e.g., a custom agent periodically picks up the zip files from the temp location and send them to the destination).
