how to customize purging API

Hello Friends,

Which API/Activity is responsible for purging work objects from the wizard?

we have need to add some more filter in that.

please share OOTB method/api to achieve this.

Hi,

What is your PRPC version?
Can you let me know what filters you need to add in Purge/archive process? 

With the current design, you can purge work objects only with status "Resolved-* " and when configured aging criteria meets.
FYI, there is an activity "ProcessConfig" from where the Purge and Archive process starts. This is a final activity and you cannot customize this.

yes its hard customize this activity, we are using 7.1.7

we have to skip some resolved cases based on business rules and that is the filter we need to add.

Is there any other OOTB way to delete the WO entries from all the tables?
