psync_id - How to use if Token provider is external

We are facing issue with managing DPage cache at server level using Headless Pega(DXAPI driven). I want to use psync_id by using AWS Cognito token. Kindly suggest what all changes will be required at Pega end or on Authentication Service to implement the changes. The idea is to manage the server side cache for Data Pages using DXAPI v2
