PRPCServiceUtils using J2EEContext Authentication

Hi Team,

In our organization we have a authentication setup using J2EEContext. We need to use J2EEContext for configuring the PRPCServiceUtils. I tried below approach to configure PRPCServiceUtils with J2EEContext authentication.

below is the URL for the PRPCServiceUtils

http://hostname:port/prweb/PRRestService

PRRestService url pattern is configured to use basic authentication in the web.xml. I changed the urlpattern to use the J2EEContext authentication but still i see its not working. Can you please help with any other approach to enable J2EEContext Auth for the prpcserviceutils.

If you are using J2EEContext authentication type in Pega, make sure you are using right negotiators, there are some Pega negotiator libraries as well which are available already in PegaRULES DB.

Also you need to configure the realm at your server. In case if your application is hosted on tomcat, you may use Waffle authentication.
