prpcServiceUtils dependance library - Open source or not ?

Hi,

My customer needs to know if all dependencies used by prpcServiceUtils script are open source or not (except Pega jar file) - see attached screenshot.

He needs to know that because he wants to copy all open source libraries in a "shared" repository in NEXUS and all licensed libraries in a specific respository in NEXUS.
