We want few developer/testing team members to have access to read-only clipboard on enduser portals such as Pega Interaction Portal, Pega Market Analysts, Pega Market Managers.

In these portals, the runtime tool bar doesn't have any tools.

The team members will have the same access group in these envs as a typical business user. How can we grant privilege 'clipboardViewer' (not clipboardViewerUpdate) for certain users by their operator id?

The operator ids needing clipboardViewer privilege are listed as comma separated list in a DSS entry.
