Pros and Cons of using Cosmos UI in 8.3 vs 8.5

8.3 vs 8.5 Pros and Cons Hello -

I would like to understand the pros and cons of both PRPC 8.3 and 8.5 to see which version is best for starting w.r.t to Cosmos UI 

Any quick help will be a great help and appreciated.

Also, for PRPC 8.6 release near by ? if not when can be expected?

Similar to ui-kit, each new version of the Cosmos UI brings improvements, bug fixes and other enhancements.

Theme-Cosmos 2.0 is available in Pega 8.5 - If you are starting the migration of your existing application from ui-kit to Cosmos, you should use the latest version of the Pega platform release and the latest version of Theme-Cosmos.
