Hi Srinath,
Could you please check datasource configuration at WAS end? And also PRPC installed single/split schema .

Hi Gangababu,
1) Test connection is successful for the PEGA RULES data source.
2) We have split schema configured.
Thank You

Did you create JNDI Binding Identifiers mentioned in below installation guide under "Create JNDI Binding Identifiers" to support split schema configuration?
Please refer https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-719-platform-installation-guide-oracle-websphere

Please provide the complete logfile showing the system trying to start. What database are you connecting to? You mentioned that the test connection for the PegaRULES datasource is successful. What database user are you using in the datasource? If it is not the data schema user does this user have permissions to access all tables in both the data and rules schemas as well as execute all stored procedures?

If you click 0n the "Use Advanced Editor" button in the top right of the reply box then at the bottom right of the reply box there is a paperclip Attach that you can use to attach files. I'm assuming that pega_data is the name of the data schema. That database user should have the correct permissions to start the system if you setup the bindings correctly. The full startup log should show us if the bindings are the issue (perhaps at the wrong scope?) or something else.
