Problem with problem flow

After completing request the case should be removed from the work queue but here that is not happening .There are two path-

1. when process goes through a normal process then it will stuck in the work queue.

2. Another observation is process goes 1st to flow problem and later complete then it will not stuck

can anyone help me ?

Hello,

By "completing a request" you mean finishing a FlowAction? What Pega version is it? Have you tried to trace it to understand what could go wrong?

Collect two tracer logs for your two path scenarios, do a compare and see the differences. You will find out what causes the process stucks in the work queue.
