PEGA 6.1 flow opening problem in Visio 2013

Hi, I have MS Visio 2013. I am trying to open a flow in external mode in PEGA 6.1 or PEGA 6.2 SP2 .

It is showing below error , Please suggest -

"The Flow was created in Visio 2003 format. To open with Visio 2002 it has to be resaved 2002 format. Launch Visio 2003 in External mode, set Tools->Oprions -> Save -> Default format to Visio 2002 and resave."

Thank you Santanu for your finding. In that article it was discussed about Visio 2002 / 2003 version.

But I have Visio 2013 in my laptop, And when I am trying to open a flow in external mode, it is not opening at all, instead it is showing an error message (screenshot attached).
