Does VISIO 2013 is supported in Pega 6.1SP2?

Hi Team,

We have few application running in Pega 6.1SP2 and we are using VISIO 2010 to edit flows.

Microsoft is going to stop support for VISIO 2010 and requesting us to use VISIO 2013.

Can you please confirm us if pega flows can be edited and saved using VISIO 2013 for PRPC version 6.1 SP2?

Pega does not do "backwards testing" of newer vendor platforms for older releases of PRPC.  The client could try using Visio 2013; if there are problems, they can contact GCS for support.  However, if the issue is due to changes in Visio, GCS will recommend that the client upgrade to a newer version of Pega Platform.  Also note that as stated in the Client Operating System and Browser Support article, Visio itself is not used for flows beginning in Pega 7.1.
