Prevent checkin the flow in draft mode in Dev or to enable QA environments to throw exceptions

We would like to prevent the developers from check-in the flow in draft mode in Dev Environments or to enable QA environments to through exceptions on DRAFT on flows

We are using PEGA PRPC 7.1.8 , Is there any hotfix or workaround available to handle this issue

You could use the Rule-.PreCheckIn activity to check whether pyDraftModeON is true and set a page message if it is so the flow cannot be checked in.
