How to report list of rules in Draft mode?

I need to find the list of rules in PROD environment with Draft mode ON. Is there any OOTB functionality available?

I'm not aware of any OOTB reports. But you can try to create a report on Rule-Obj-Flow class and filter with pyDraftModeON as true. First check if the pyDraftModeON is exposed or not.
