Post processing in flow action executed on clicking back button
Team,
We are using case managment and while opening the WO, it is directly passed on to the second assignment stage. We have a back button, when we click it calls the activity 'GoToPreviousTask'. However it executes the perform flow action which it shudn't be.
Please suggest.

I'm not sure I understand the scenario. I am looking at GoToPreviousTask in a 7.3 system and testing with a screen flow. I see Perform called from step 18 of GoToPreviousTask to start processing for the previous assignment in my screen flow. What steps were you expecting to execute in your scenario?
I see the subject of the post mentions post processing in flow action. The assignment properties for screen flows have a "Perform post-processing when navigating away from step" that can be unchecked.

There is a flag 'FAProcessOnJump' that is getting set to true which is causing the issue. This is happening for the first time.

Hi,
Carissa mentioned about a checkbox " Perform post-processing when navigating away from step " and that seems to be the one you should worry about. The FAProcessOnJump will become true if that checkbox is checked.
