I would like to build a poc, but i want that poc to work on any of the organisation.
My idea is to build a capaity to read the social media content. I would like to implement this idea as a plug as such, it whichever the socail media account credentils i input, application must analyse the details of that account do necessari processing.
for this i would like to use account id and password as input parameter. Will it be possible to build this use case a installable plug in which can be installed any of the website or application.By just providing that particular organisation social media details it has to perform necessary process,

@SanthoshRanga , i am planning to use Text analyser capability and NLP model to read social media content, generate reports and show case as a capability to prospective client to get new business for our pega practice.
But challenging task here is as we are approaching multiple domain clients we want to build capabilities in pega as a installable plug in/add on, so that whenever a client is approaching, we can run the usecase on their social media account and show the results.
That is the reason why i wanted to build the use case as plug in which can work on any social media account just by taking the login id & password of that account. Hope this gives the clarity about what i am looking for
@Swathim63 It depends on how you want to define "plug-in"..Forget PEGA for a moment, if you had to implement a plug-in JAVA project , you would still have a container or a server which will actually execute the code, and give you the required response. PEGA would work in a similar principle.
The best solution here would be : de-couple the UI from the business rule engine. Expose REST APIs from PEGA which would implement the required functionality, which you can then plug and play in any channel you want. Various social media channels might have different methods of UX , but as long as they can connect to REST APIs, you should be fine.
Hope that answers your question !
