PLA Excel sheet is empty in Mac Browsers

Hi Team,

I am using PLA [ Pega Log Analyzer] tool on Mac OS with browsers like Chrom, Firefox and Safari. I noticed one issue after downloading Alert excel sheet. after downloading the excel sheet, when i open it [I do enable macro] the sheet comes empty !

Any idea what could be wrong here ?

I'm afraid this tool hasn't been updated since Pega 5.x

We recommend using some of the newer tools for this purpose listed here:
