excel sheet

can we update one particular cell that is already existing in excel sheet in pega?

Like I have one excel sheet that is provided by some Rpa member and now we have to add new details in that pre-existing excel sheet  such that it should update on that particular cell with two details that is entered in that particular cell using some activity and then it should reflect to the other user or approval .
