pg empty after db.open context
Hi,
We've seen this issue on 8.1.1 and understand that it is patched in 8.1.2.

I'd just like to know more about this issue / what the root cause is since it seems to happen randomly and is fatal to the nodes.

The root cause of the isuse is that Missing images were removed during cleanup within upgrades.
Two GIF files:

webwb/zchecked.gif
and
webwb/zchecked.gif
are not present in DB due to this pzGetbase64encodedImage RUF is logging this error.
These two images are referenced in Rule-Declare-Pages.pzKeys section.
