Personal Edition Installation stopped with no error message

While installing Pega 7.3 PE, my installation stopped at certain point. There are no errors in Errors tab.

My installation stopped at:

[exec] pg_restore: creating VIEW "rules.pwbv4_rule_locking"
[exec] pg_restore: processing item 461 VIEW pwbv4_rule_overrides
[exec] pg_restore: creating VIEW "rules.pwbv4_rule_overrides"

Also find attached document for clear installed steps and packages it has installed.

Hi SanthaManiG,

Thanks for posting on PSC.

During my research about the issue faced at your end, I found another developer was facing the same issue and as he mentioned

"It is happening because of the anti virus or firewall you installed. It is blocking the "pg_restore" file, so please try to install after deactivating the anti virus software and turning off the firewall. It worked for me.

Note : Extract the downloaded Pega personal edition Zip file again and try install from that."
